Tripp’s Outdoors is a family-owned business based in Eagle Rock, Missouri, serving rural property owners throughout Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Our company was founded by Matt Tripp, a local pastor, veteran, and lifelong resident of the area, alongside his son, Austin Tripp, and son-in-law, Josiah Hill. All three have spent their lives in this community and have a deep understanding of the land, the people, and the needs of the area we call home.

While Tripp’s Outdoors officially began in March 2026, the experience behind the business goes back much further. We've spent years working around equipment, properties, land improvement, and the hands-on work that comes with maintaining rural land. When the opportunity came to invest in our own equipment and build a business around that experience, we knew it was an opportunity worth pursuing.

Our goal is about more than simply completing a job. We want to see our local communities improve, grow, and thrive. That means helping rural property owners maintain and improve their land, making overgrown or difficult properties more usable, and building a business that can continue to grow and create opportunities for others in our community.

Our Christian faith is an important part of who we are and how we operate. We believe in treating people honestly, serving others, working hard, and taking responsibility for what we're entrusted with. When we're working on your property, we treat it the way we'd want someone to treat our own—with care, respect, and attention to detail.

We believe the little things matter. We don't believe in cutting corners, and we make every effort to leave your property clean and well cared for when the job is finished. Whether we're improving a piece of rural land, preparing a property for a new project, or taking care of seasonal maintenance, our goal is for you to feel confident that you chose people who genuinely care about the work they're doing.
